We will let you vote for #transit taxes if you give up unions say Indiana 1%

Transit bill picks up bipartisan support in Indiana House | The Indianapolis Star | "One possible hang-up could come from the same issue that has split the legislature this year: unionization. Democrats and union leaders have criticized language in the bill that says workers at a transportation authority could choose not to be part of a union. Language also would let the governing transit authority bypass common-wage hearings, which are seen as protection for workers."
